1. Acceptance of Terms & User Eligibility
By accessing, registering, or using any part of the lepak44 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use the platform.
To register an account and use lepak44's services, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:

- Are an individual with the full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract.

- Have not previously been banned or deactivated from the lepak44 platform.

2. Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities
Each user is only permitted to hold one active account on lepak44. Information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. Any false or misleading information may result in account suspension or closure without prior notice. lepak44 reserves the right to request identity verification at any time in accordance with KYC (Know Your Customer) procedures.
You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential. Do not share your login credentials with anyone. lepak44 will never ask for your password via email or chat. Any activity that occurs through your account is your responsibility, unless you have promptly reported unauthorised access to us.
Users agree not to engage in any activity that could damage, disrupt, or exploit the lepak44 platform or other users. This includes attempts to hack, cheat, use unauthorised automated software, or coordinate multiple accounts to gain an unfair advantage.
The lepak44 platform may only be used for lawful entertainment purposes. Users are not permitted to use VPNs or any other means to conceal their actual location in order to circumvent geo-restrictions. Any such attempt may result in account suspension and forfeiture of any unclaimed balances or winnings.
3. Payments, Deposits & Withdrawals in MYR
All financial transactions on the lepak44 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Deposits and withdrawals are processed via approved payment methods, including local eWallets and bank transfers.
Deposits are credited to your account once payment verification is complete, typically within two to five minutes. lepak44 does not charge any processing fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own charges. The minimum deposit amount varies depending on the selected payment method.
Withdrawal requests are processed within one to two business days upon successful identity verification and fulfilment of all applicable terms. lepak44 reserves the right to withhold withdrawals until all bonus wagering requirements have been met. The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50 unless otherwise stated.
Any transactions suspected of involving fraud, money laundering, or misuse of payment methods will be investigated. lepak44 reserves the right to freeze the relevant account, withhold balances, and report the matter to the appropriate authorities in accordance with applicable Malaysian law.
Users are responsible for ensuring that the payment method used belongs to them. The use of third-party bank accounts or eWallets is prohibited and may result in account closure and forfeiture of any remaining balance.
4. Account Policy — Suspension, Closure & Limitation of Liability

Lepak44 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account for any of the following reasons without prior notice:
- Violation of any provision under these Terms & Conditions.
- Suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activities.
- Registration of multiple accounts by the same individual.
- Abusing promotions or bonuses, including attempting to claim the same bonus through multiple accounts.
- Failure to complete identity verification within the stipulated timeframe.
In the event of confirmed account closure involving fraud, lepak44 reserves the right to forfeit all balances, pending winnings, and bonuses. Users whose accounts have been closed on legitimate grounds may contact the support team for a review via email at [email protected].
Limitation of Liability
Lepak44 is not liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, or special losses or damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the platform — including technical disruptions, server downtime, or data loss. lepak44's maximum liability to any user is limited to the amount deposited in that user's account at the time the claim is made.

5. Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links & Changes to Terms
All content on the lepak44 platform — including logos, graphics, text, interfaces, and software — is the property of lepak44 or its respective licensors and is protected under intellectual property laws. Users may not copy, redistribute, modify, or republish any content without prior written consent.
The lepak44 platform may contain links to third-party websites or services such as game providers, payment gateways, and sports streaming services. lepak44 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites. Use of third-party services is at your own risk and subject to their respective terms.
Lepak44 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time by posting the latest version on the website.
